• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds made by a Player into their Pandora188 Account via a supported payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot instant game, crash game, or other interactive product available on the platform.
• "Platform" means the Pandora188 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated software and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered a verified Account and uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real money funds from a Player's Account to a nominated payment method.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency for Malaysian players on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on Pandora188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Pandora188 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related activities on this Platform. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily excluded from gambling services through any formal exclusion mechanism.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any such person, of Pandora188 or any affiliated company or game studio partner.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling activities is lawful in their state or jurisdiction. Pandora188 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a user's participation in jurisdictions where online gambling may be restricted.

Each Player may hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the Pandora188 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your identity document)
• A valid, active email address that you control
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• A unique username and secure password of your own choosing
• Your country and state of residence

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all transactions executed — is your sole responsibility.

By using the Pandora188 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are your own and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its normal operation.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other user's Account, any server or network connected to the Platform, or any part of the Platform's infrastructure.
• You will not use any automated script, bot, software, or tool to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for normal human users.
• You will not exploit software errors, bugs, game vulnerabilities, or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winings derived from the exploit.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance and/or skill depending on the game type, and that Pandora188 does not guarantee any particular outcome or profit from your participation.

Pandora188 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or as stated per payment method on the deposit page).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. Refer to the deposit page for current limits.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfers may take between 5and 15 minutes to be credited, depending on bank processing times.
• Pandora188 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Pandora188 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) due diligence is required.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the Pandora188 Account.

Pandora188 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP loyalty rewards, and special event promotions tied to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL match days, UFC events, and Malaysian public holidays.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Players must complete wagering within the stipulated time window.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Pandora188 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk strategies (e.g., placing offseting bets) designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and the Account suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be applied to a player's Account at a time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Pandora188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, provided the associated wagering requirements have not yet been completed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pandora188 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Using or attempting to use any cheating software, exploit, hack, or game manipulation technique.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any Pandora188 staff member or other player in any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where such access would expose Pandora188 to legal liability.

All content on the Pandora188 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Pandora188", the platform logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, databases, software code, and all other proprietary elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from Pandora188.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any Platform content.
• Use the Pandora188 brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pandora188, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Pandora188 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for operational, security, or maintenance reasons.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity issue that results in an ambiguous or disputed game outcome, Pandora188 reserves the right to void affected round(s) and return the wagered stake to the Player's Account. No additional compensation shall be payable in connection with a technical malfunction beyond the original stake.

Pandora188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Chargeback dispute initiated on a deposit transaction.
• Detection of multi-accounting or use of false identity information.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real money (non-bonus) balance in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of KYC verification, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests made under our Responsible Gambling Programme are processed separately and are subject to the terms of theResponsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pandora188 holds its international gaming licence. This is an offshore gaming jurisdiction; specific jurisdiction details are available upon request through our support team.

Pandora188 is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Royal Malaysian Police, or any Malaysian government body. We make no representation that this Platform is lawful or appropriate in every Malaysian state, and we rely on players to satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, Players should first contact our Customer Support team. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

Pandora188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pandora188.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
